The Design

The Multibru incorporates the power and versatility of the pour over cone with the steeping ability of the press. To this we have the option of adding the precision and consistency of the automatic drip brewer. Combining the best attributes of each brewer allows the Multibru to perform and enhance each brewing method.

Easily preheat, rinse and clean the brewer: the valve gives you the ability to close the system. 

Use standard paper filters - they are inexpensive and available at any grocery or retail outlet.

Try our custom permanent filter: use this to achiieve a more robust taste.

Adjust the flow: by using the valve, you can control the extraction process and enjoy a variety of flavors.

Add Automation: use our Water Kone to bring automatic water delivery to the process, or do a traditional pour over technique.

By controlling how your coffee interacts with your brewer, the Multibru can help you fine tune your current brewing method or find a new one. Pour over, press or filter drip - one brewer does it all!

 The Components

The Multibru is designed using only the finest materials. Each component is made using a combination of state-of-the-art technology and hand crafted techniques. The end result is a beatifully designed brewer that delivers both form and function.and crafted ceramic kones blend with high grade stainless steel components to form an elegant, yet highly functional design. 

The Bru Kone holds the coffee or tea in either a standard 8-12 cup paper filter or our custom designed permanent filter. It has the ability to steep up to 20 ounces with the valve closed, and can make larger drinks or multiple small drinks with the valve open.

The Water Kone utilizes a custom designed flow regulator and six-hole spray head to automate water delivery.  Swiftly adding water to the first fill line will yield a 12 ounce beverage. 

The Valve regulates the brewer's outflow rate at varying degrees. This allows for a variety of tastes to be enjoyed and also provides a great way to preheat the system and rinse the filter prior to brewing.

The Permanent FIlter is custom made for the Multibru and is the key to bringing authenticity to the immersion brewing method (ie, the press). It is made from black polypropylene with gold tone stainless steel mesh and features a handle for easy removal.

The stand is made using some of the finest domestic and exotic hardwoods available, and it boldly displays a carved "multibru" logo. These will be precisely machined with a commercial router using cnc (computer numeric control) technology. They will then be hand finished with a non-toxic sealer (also known as milk paint).
